Michigan now offers $10,000 in down payment assistance to eligible homebuyers and homeowners statewide. The MI 10K DPA program covers appraisal gaps and removes maximum financing restrictions.

The 10K DPA loan offers 0% interest, no monthly payments, and no asset cap. The loan can be paired with an MSHDA MI Home Loan first mortgage—FHA, RD Guaranteed, or Conventional.
